  • Add personal notes to watched horses
  • Manage notification preferences

2.1 Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.

2.2 Beta Features

The Service may include features designated as “beta” or experimental. These features are provided on an “as is” basis and may not function as intended.

3. Account Registration

  • Runner information

However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information.

7.2 Data Sources

Our data comes from:

  • The British Horseracing Authority (BHA) API
  • CSV imports from official sources
  • Public racing databases

7.3 Changes to Race Information

Racing information is subject to change without notice. This includes:

  • Race times and schedules
  • Non-runners and withdrawals
  • Going conditions
  • Runner declarations

Important: Always verify race information with official sources before making any decisions. NagMee is an informational service and should not be the sole basis for any racing-related decisions.

8. Email Notifications

8.1 Notification Service

Our Service includes email notifications alerting you when horses in your watch list are scheduled to race.

8.2 Notification Settings

You can control:

  • Which horses trigger notifications
  • When you receive notifications (timing preferences)
  • Whether notifications are enabled globally

  • That all notifications will be delivered

  • That notifications will not be caught by spam filters

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • War or terrorism
  • Government actions
  • Internet or telecommunications failures
  • Third-party data provider outages
